Talk to a person.
One monitored inbox — hello@thegameset.com — read by someone who works on the product, not a ticket queue. We’ll usually come back to you the same or next business day.
Say which one you are and we’ll get to the point faster.
You run a bar, restaurant, truck stop or club. Questions about listing, staying anonymous, or whether your place is a fit at all — all fine, including “is this worth my time.” Write to us, or read what operators look for first — it answers the fit question more fully than we can in a reply.
You're a licensed terminal operator. Registration, verification, seats, or anything about the fee. Write to us, though pricing publishes every figure, including what a listing costs and what the fee explicitly is not.
Something else entirely. Press, partnerships, a security issue, or a question about how we handle your data. Same inbox — it reaches a person either way.
We don’t give legal, licensing or tax advice.
Not what license you need, not whether your liquor license is affected, not how any of it is taxed. Those answers depend on your specific situation and getting one wrong could cost you a license, so we won’t guess at them — from anyone here, on the phone or in writing.
Ask anyway if you’re not sure whether your question is one of those. We’ll tell you plainly that it is, rather than leaving you without a reply.
The company behind this.
The Gameset is operated by The Gameset LLC, a Ravenworks Ventures company. We are not a terminal operator: we own no machines, service none, and take no share of what any floor earns. Locations use the marketplace free, and the only thing we charge for is an operator’s access to a listing.
For privacy requests see the Privacy Policy; for anything governing your use of the product, the Terms. Both route to the same inbox.
