A flat fee for access. Never a cut of the deal.
Locations list free. Terminal Operators pay to unlock a listing before they can make an offer — and that is the only thing we ever charge for.
What we charge is for verified operators.
What a token costs, what unlocking a listing costs in each tier, and what a gameset in each band earns its terminal operator against that fee. Register your license — it's free — and the whole schedule is yours as soon as it's approved.
What a terminal operator may put in an offer is a fixed list under Rule 1800.350(b) — service, equipment and support. See everything you can offer, before you register.
Bigger, better locations cost more to reach.
The fee is set from the gameset’s own characteristics — how much each terminal earns per day, how many terminals it runs, and how soon the current agreement ends. It is not set by bidding, and a location cannot pay to change it.
What you cannot buy at any price.
Illinois is divided into 7 regions and each seats 10 terminal operators. A seat is taken the first time you unlock a location in that region, and later unlocks there cost no new seat. There is no price for one, no way to reserve one ahead of the operator who unlocks first, and no price at which we will sell a seat you hold to somebody else.
What the fee is, stated plainly.
Non-refundable, and independent of the outcome. The token is spent at unlock, before any offer exists. Whether you go on to win the location changes nothing about the fee.
No success fee, no commission, no percentage. We take no share of any deal that follows, ever. That is structural, not a promotional rate.
No paid placement. Spending more cannot move you in front of a location or up any list. Every unlocked terminal operator is presented the same way.
It costs a location nothing. Listing is free, and a location is never charged — for listing, for awarding, or for walking away.
An offer is made of what you will actually do. Titles, hardware, refresh cadence, coin-op and response time — the same rows for everyone, so a location can weigh them line for line. Illinois fixes the split at 50/50 by statute (230 ILCS 40/25(c)); what we charge buys access to listing data, and nothing else.
Walk it before you commit.
Registering is free, and the demo walks the whole board → unlock → offer flow with no signup. On the live board a Listing token is your buy-in — held while you browse, spent only when a location is worth unlocking.
Terms govern. Informational only, and not an offer of anything of value.
